Even without the social stigma, being a touch-starved khhv is incredibly painful. Your body is constantly flooded with cortisol. You constantly feel stressed, agitated, lonely, depressed, inadequate and irritable. And you experience a constant sense of emptiness and adhedonia to any pleasurable emotion. It kills your drive to do anything. Sometimes it's hard to sleep.

You can't live healthily like this. This deprivation will one day kill me.

Can relate. Today is one of those days I have no positive social interaction at all and also my health conditions have been brutal today. And all this week my sleep has been terrible, and nobody has any empathy for my struggles too. Even if I manage to not rope (weeks like this make it very tempting), I will still die way earlier than normal from all the health issues I have genetically and all the extra stress and wear incel life adds
