Doesn’t that movie imply at the end that Patrick was a normie all along and the plot basically revolves around all the killing sprees being basically his sick fantasies as a way to compensate for his mundane hyper-focused on materialism life? You’re not supposed to relate to him and the movie never indicates that he’s a “chad” since you never get a glimpse of an objective reality that’s not within Patrick’s perception and reflection. It’s kind of annoying how a lot of the 4channers who put the movie on the “sigma male” pedestal never bothered watching it until the end jfl.
