Do any of you actually have money in store for your "planned" surgeries.. I feel like a lot of people on here constantly go on about how they're gonna do this and that, yet surgeries arent' free. I for one have about 6500 dollars stored in my bank account solely for two surgeries (rhino/ear reduction).

I only need a hair transplant. I mean, I also need it lowered, but I can't do that, because of hair loss.
It's only legit if you're really lean and still have a fat buccal area. It can also age you terribly.
We lose buccal fat as we get older, so it may be a good idea to just wait a few years and not remove the fat cells.
