I live in my parents' comfy basement. It's pretty chill since my parents let me smoke weed and they give me money for shit, and I'm an only child. I just want to graduate uni so I can focus on waging and not have to worry about shit after my working hours.

Im fine here indefinitely, maybe I would like to NEET sometime later. At the same time though I want to work to make sure I have financial security in the future, and to know I can manage if my parents ever kick me out.

i just hate living in apartments because the people upstairs are always stomping or hammering. the people next to us always have their tv or radio on blast and on quiet cold nights i can hear them making fuck noises. it's so fucking infuriating

ideally id own my own home so landlords wont keep pestering me and sending me emails every fucking month that rent is due. and then every fucking few months they raise the price on rent for no fucking reason. for example my apartment has a pool. a shitty pool. but recently my landlord is charging everyone an extra $13 on rent for pool maintenance. I DONT EVEN USE THE FUCKING POOL!!! shit like that pieces me off how arbitrary it is that some fucks can charge you more for living.

I've been living alone for more than a decade, but for some reason it's only recently that I've noticed the silence and how it can indeed be kind of oppressing at times. I'm pretty sure that it used to not bother me at all.

It might be due to the lockdown. There's less activity outside that I could hear through the window or something, and obviously I spend much more time indoor so this may be it.

You're lucky to be able to enjoy silence. I live alone in a ground floor flat with a CUNT of an upstairs neighbour. She's loud, plays deafening bass music and openly mocks me with her friends. (Yes, i've heard her). I'm desperately trying to move before i go up there and teach her a lesson.

With my parents, but we rarely interact, I do my work on the computer and afterwards stay on the computer, in the night I watch documentaries until I fall asleep, I am allowed to live there as long as I work.

No, I have a separate room and I am also able to lock it.

How do you feel living alone?

I feel honestly nothing anymore, I either work or listen to music the whole day when I don't have something to do, I survive from day to day and I ceased to think about it. I also don't look forward to finding a relationship anymore, because it's over for me lookswise and unironically nowadays even personalitywise, a relationship as a non-chad would be nothing desirable for me because it makes more troubles than it benefits someone, others are for me nothing more than restrictions towards my freedom to do nothing because they always have their wants/needs.

What arrangement would you consider ideal for incels?

Living alone, working as little as possible (preferably being a NEET) and coping - as the most realistic scenario.
