I was never good at choosing between artstyles, but I agree that 90s anime looked great, too much nostalgia tied to it for me, plus at least from what you've posted Soul Eater and early Naruto also look good. Also Digimon.

Dunno about art style i prefer manga more, but would say that animation itself or at least most beautifully animated fights for me was:

Naruto vs Sasuke ( not part 2 but part 1 fight ) and Sukuna vs Mahoraga ( can't wait for GO/JO vs Sukuna in anime )

Ah, those are nice ones, there are just two out of them I don't like. One is one piece. The Jojo style is also too over the top for me.

It's hard to recall a specific style I like right now but I will think on it and post it here if I can think of one.
