I need copes cause I'm bored af and have a lot of time to spare. I have been going to watch films with my roommate but I just think most of them are meh. I also need to to get back into games I would enjoy. I barely watch shit so hopefully this thread has some good suggestions
TV: Succession, Curb
Anime: Mushoku Tensei, Ousama Ranking (surprisingly good af), Faraway paladin, Demon Slayer(when new eps come out) I have been going through older anime on and off (ergo proxy and durarara come to mind...)
Even book recs would be good. I have been struggling through the same old biographies and coding books through the past year.

It seems my main copes are mostly anime and I barely keep up with that

Invincible is good. Now I’m hooked on the comics

Why not growing mushrooms? :feelsLSD:

I ordered "No Longer Human" by Osamu Dazai and "Sun and Steel", "Spring Snow" and "Runaway Horse" by Yukio Mishima
A few days ago I finished reading "No Surrender" by Hiroo Onoda and "Memoirs of a Kamikaze" by Kazuo Odachi

Right now that I'm waiting for my books to arrive I just shitpost, watch random videos and listen to music

I have heard about it a lot. It's funny normies still mock anime despite embracing plot oriented, western animated series.

Fuck I gotta get back into anime and manga again, haven’t watched or read anything in a month:feelsUnreal:
I need some new manga too. I actually have some unread hxh volumes, but I just know new shit isn't coming out anytime soon so I don't bother rushing it.

if I had a yard I'd grow vegetables at least

Netflix UK just dropped Seinfeld so that's me coped up for a while.
comfy cope

New Baki season was good. I'd recommend. Watch the older seasons if you can as well

The only anime I actually watch are beastars, jojo, fire force and RWBY. I’ve been watching the sopranos lately though

Never thought you one to watch anime. Anyway, if you're into tv drama The Sopranos is a great series(if you haven't watched it already) , currently I'm watching wire.

I'm trying to get into the Malazan series, check that out if you're into fantasy. Shoe Dogs is considered a good biography.

I'm avoiding it. Anything with globohomo I'd avoid

You can grow shroomies with glass jars, pressure cooker and a spore syringe, You dont need a yard unless you want to bury BRF cakes.

Jojo stone ocean for jolyne animated masturbating scene

Ah, actual novels, they seem interesting. You must be @HidekiTojota reincarnated with your affinity for Mishima

Didn't know a new one came out, will check it out. The series is so over the top but still manages to have moments that resonate with me

I hear the new Jojo is coming in December along with Fire Force so that will be good coping material. Fire Force has top tier foids

I do seem to give off the impression I don't like anime. I have had similar comments. My roommate really likes the Sopranos and this is the second mention this thread, so its probably worth a shot. I watched the wire and thought it was good. It was nice to see a gritty view rather than the usual feel good sitcom shit. It also has some pretty good characters

:feelskek: sounds interesting

I heard it's not drawn. My David's Productions will animate it as filler to get more viewers in

I was reading Re:Zero
Did the anime do a good job adapting S2? I thought it was poorly paced but had no idea if it was faithufl

I'm not into the new Anime stuff but if you like Manga then Street Fighter The Animated Movie is seriously one of the best films ever made believe it or not and the uncut version is now on YouTube:-

Well the ones I ordered are all novels except for Sun and Steel which is more of an autobiographical essay written by Mishima
Hiroo Onoda and Kazuo Odachi's books are both based on their very real experiences during World War 2

Also I watched House of Five Leaves last month, it's a very good anime and you should watch it if you haven't already

must be brutal

Will check out, seems right up my alley. Can't stand most of the shit being shoveled out in recent anime seasons

I playing Gta 3 with snow city mod. Because there's winter on my windows

If you like historical anime that is similar to the era of House of Five Leaves then Shigurui is a good anime too. I actually liked Shigurui more since there's more action. House of Five Leaves is more of a mystery kind of, not a lot of action

"Mugen no Junin" is currently on my watch list

Your impression?

anyone know any free movie streaming sites btw? thx

Your impression?
My impression on the two books I read last week? Well they were very good
I really enjoy reading biographical books, especially those of veterans

Those two books are enjoyable if you’re interested in military history
