I could lose 15-30 lbs, but as a manlet, I am reluctant to lose too much weight as I need it in case I ever have to defend myself. I live on snacks anyway and have never given a single fuck about my diet. I cannot eat vegetables as they make me retch. I eat one fried breakfast a week and a mixed grill a month.
