Currently working out again and eating extremely healthy. But that's also about health, fitness, and not being so attached and enslaved by permanently having to eat this and that. I so often feel enslaved to food, like I'm the kind of person who rewards himself with food, like "Wee! Finally, I'm finished with all these things and can relax now for two days, so I'll tons of fast food and chocolate and chips!" I must break that habit, I want to be less attached to these pleasures, to gain more freedom and independence.
