this question is meaningless because nothing is ever happening "right now", time isn't stationary, everything is always in a state of motion and entropy. the question should be phrased "Suppose an ideal world where the term 'right now' denotes an action you are doing which requires exertion and work, and it is representative of your actions AS IF it was happening in the present, what are you doing right now?"
