What does a large rib cage look like opposed to a small rib cage?

As a ribcagecel, my legs and hips are super wide compared to my torso, and I look like a curvy twink in any sort of tight-fitting shirt.
I would not have this problem if I had a larger ribcage, and thus a wider torso.
