Cats all the way. They're quiet and are loyal & affectionate as long as you're not an overbearing control freak like many normies tend to be--- which is why they love dogs. When I hear Chad, Normie, or some Roastie say "Oh I love dogs" what I really hear is "I love how obedient they are"

Whose higher iq? Dogs are more obedient and want to engage because they have a wider range of emotions, you can take a dog for a walk without a leash but it's almost unheard of to take a cat on a walk without a leash. But cats are higher iq when it comes to cleaning up after themselves, and being able to go far away from home and remember how to return.
Any small pet is good. I tend to prefer rabbits tbh.
