Noise cancelling headphones cancel background noise like static etc using phase cancellation, not actual sounds.

Get some bass amplified noise canceling headphones. That should help. Brand doesnt matter much but I had a paid of what I just described made by skullcandy.

I've heard good things about Sennheiser, not sure if they're noise cancelling though.
Thanks for advice. I just got back from BestBuy and I got a logitech G502 then bought a corsair void pro. Now im ready to be a dormcel. Now im down $160
