I mean... I am semi-serious about actually obtaining a weapon, but I would like to do so with the least possible human interaction.

I think I will end up actually building my own weapon, although I don't have much experience in the craft. If I was going to do this, I would want to create a AR-15 type of rifle.

I can't imagine myself actually buying one legally because I would just end up on big brothers watchlist if I haven't already claimed my spot on it.

parts are available for purchase online, the only part you can't get online is the receiver. if you're a UScel the receiver is the actual "gun" according to the law. however, and idk if this is still legit, you can get what's called "80% lowers"

basically it's the lower receiver of the rifle, only it's "80%" finished, so there's still some work needed. iirc you need a way to remove the aluminum to create the magazine well and room for the trigger assembly. and, while it's not completely needed, i recommend researching some of the basic mechanics of the ar-15. just to get some general knowledge before going all-in with the routers and the files and shit.

as for ammo and magazines idk if you can get those online, there's a fuck ton of service for the rifle so i assume magazines are sold online. no clue about the ammo, never looked into buying ammo online
