I mostly had positive experience with Samsung, last year i got a Xiaomi and it sucks
Whatever is new, most androids suck balls otherwise
None, tbh. If you do, get an alternative OS on it which won't spy on you.
Idk, how much money are You willing to spend and for what You will use that phone? Pixel 9 or Samsung A56 seems like a good and safe mid range bet. Or if You want something even cheaper I heard Motorolas are actually good for the price. Xiaomi is always here if You're desperate for a phone and have a last 100 buck in a bank.
Idk android models but it doesn't really matter tbh. I only purchase the cheapest one.

My Huawei is almost 6 years old and still perfect despite having fell to the floor tons of times without protection.
Samsung has israeli spyware and backdoors, goyphone has nsa/fbi/cia backdoors and spyware, the chinese phones have chinese spyware. It doesn't matter anymore just choose what country you want to spy on you
Probs the best you can get is smth like a pixel with graphene os.
In U.S you're limited in your choice and pretty much forced to stick to iPhone because of U.S market protectionism against many Android manufacturers from China.

Try Samsung s 24s since they've gotten cheaper
Samsung have good offerings, the A line at least. Very reliable; ironically their S series are less so, from my experience.
I've had S20 ultra 5G having extremely poor cell tower reception (to the point where it is unusable other than few areas) and the S8/Another S burned down the charging cables.
They're good phones when they work.
I'm not too concerned about Israeli spyware too much. Think about it...if the Jews wanted to make use of your data, they can just contact the US government who will contact Google and other core services that everyone uses.
Otherwise Chinese phones are also good offerings. Few things to watch out for:
Poor mic quality (I mean it)
Poor speakers
Niche specs may not be as good
Very short software update life

But you can look up a phone you like and see if alt OS's exist for it.
But usually they are mostly on 1y+ old phones.
All comes down to what you need from a smartphone and what price you are ready to pay.
Idk. Shouldn't happen either way considering my bro bought it from a authorized seller. Now the phone sits in home being a wifi phone.
