at 19yo, but im only 5´9.
I´ve never really had a growth spurt, the process of me growing taller happened gradually.
I would love to know what my height could have been if I didn´t go through childhood trauma (stress),
and consumed normal food instead of garbage.
according to the height of my parents, I should have been 5´11

I honestly don't even remember because I didn't care, I was super bluepilled in highschool and believed artifical stuff like height didn't matter...
