What age are you considered a failure to launch if you’re not self sufficient ?

Almost 40 and have yet to launch, my two younger brothers already "launched" in their mid 20s with their gfs they met at work. Shit is just too expensive and I haven't met a girl at work who wants to date. I get friendzoned or ghosted. I'm surpised that I haven't developed an addiction on hard drugs to cope or roped.
