For me it's sitcoms, the same ones I've already seen every episode 50 times. I put on the sitcom and it feels familiar, comfy, safe, calm. It feels like home.

I suppose for a lot of people that would be music, they listen to the same songs and it makes them feel like that. Or reading books. Some just play an MMO for years or some other games (though for me games take too much energy nowadays to be comfy). Some others maybe knit stuff, idk. I'm envious/respect those who feel like that during productive activities like programming or general math problem solving.

I can't imagine how stressed I'd be without such an activity.

Edit: I just realized that most normal people hang out with friends or their lived ones. Damn, I'm such an isolated loner I keep forgetting about the social aspect of life. Didn't even cross my mind.

80s/90s music. Regular music but also mostly video game soundtracks.

I genuinely couldn't come up with anything to say

I just stick with the least effort comsuming "activity", if you will, like listening to music

Hmm, I suppose this is why I keep rewatching sitcoms. Music is too emotionally charged so sitcoms take even less brainpower.

Gorillas work out too? Thought they were just naturally muscular. TIL.
That's healthy, good job man. Just make sure you don't injure yourself. Too many stories of people lifting for years and then having to stop due to injury.

Internet, anime, programming, music and alcohol

listening to old video game soundtracks, playing wow, also been reading again lately

Listening to music, daydreaming, forum browsing

I really like having a video game on, but the key is, that while im playing, I must have a show on in the background (for me usually video game let’s plays, or cartoons)

music,movies ,games, eating or jerking

Video games with ASMR/music in the background, youtube videos but the last few months it's been harder to enjoy things due to really bad anhedonia, so I play for 5-10 minutes and alt-tab to browse some forums usually. Also lifting weights with heavy music, the endorphins are real and maybe the only moment I can kind of forget about this shitty existence.

Can relate to the anhedonia, have had it for years. Glad you find solace in lifting though, good for you, take care of your health.

Listening to music, but lately only electronic music has been able to put me in a comfy mood.
My musical taste is changing.
