Have you even checked them out, the Athlean X guy has a lot of key knowledge on training specific muscle groups, like different ways to do a certain exercise, some I've tested and he was indeed correct (heard he's even a physical therapist, likely why he's so knowledgable on the muscle groups and how not to injure them, proper form during exercise, etc)

The Renaissance Periodization has detailed excel document regiments to follow, you select the exercises, enter the weight you're using, and everything is automated from there, you follow your routine. The reason why I even became interested in these two programs is because they don't really have much to do with marketing, they were very detailed and easy to follow.

If you're looking for marketing gimmicks, go on the "beachbody" website and look up their various programmes, shit like p90X and t25, shit I have tried (good thing I found free downloads and didn't pay for that shit).



I'm confused, because from what I'm reading, you're validating exactly why I should download and try his programme, because I also am not chad, so maybe I should try and use his knowledge that he used to get a decent and capable body.

I''ve never seen a simpler program, most just go like - "do x amount of exercises, select your own days, whenever you feel like, any alternatives for those lacking equipment?............ fuck off head to the gym booooooiiiiiii"

They have no structure, RP even has videos of a guy demonstrating all the exercises and explaining how your form should be. It doesn't feel like "work" doing that program, feels like you're just following a simple routine. They've streamlined the process. Its also the only program I've ever tried that yielded any visible results. I just downloaded a bulk of their stuff to properly filter which program would fit me.

The only reason I'm checking athlean x is the guy seems way more knowledgable, so his program may yield even better results.

The athlean guy knows his shit. His free videos are great. Don't know about programs but you can find them free or some at least

I've found downloads for:

The Original Athlean X Programme - Its in the name, his first release of anything, basic level training
The AX1 Programme - Beginners level training programme, likely a remastered version of the above
The Xero Programme - Completely relies on body weight, so if you don't even have a dumbell, this is the one
The Inferno Shred Programme - More focused on burning fat and getting a shredded physique

I say always take an opportunity to check something out, it might have some good info if you're into "looks maxxing". Either way the process was useful to me because I found some websites for when I'm looking for hard to find downloads, another one to add to my list.

looking up downloads for all the Athlean X stuff, you guys should look into this programme though, the guy know his shit and explains in detail -

Gonna start back training again soon, and I'm looking for an actually effective programme, its gonna be a tie between Athlean X and Renaissance Periodization.
