If I were a student I could make friends in America, but I don't mean students. Students can make friends because they have a social environment. If you're out of college, there's no one to walk up to and make friends with. Unless you can in Turkey? Just walk up to strangers on the street and be like "Hey, let me come over to your house?"
I don't have any friend, no one want to be around me, but this is more likely to happen with people who are 3/10 like me, if you are 4/10 above the chances for you to still have the looks to at least have friends is really high.
Lived in Puerto Rico before coming to U.S., people in PR are pretty friendly compared to people here in high school. I had to approach all my now close friends in U.S. .

I think it has more to do with the way the west has been engineered to brake up communities and make people feel alienated with one another:

In the US even basic things like acquaintances are a luxury now, actual friends are next to impossible to find as well as any other kind of genuine human connection and you can forget about GF's.

No,not like this. You still can make friends around your neighborhood etc if you're not student. Just go around the park. Say hi to someone and sit people won't look at you like you're weirdo. Just talk. Or sometimes others do same thing. That's how I met my best friend. I was hanging out alone at a park and he came, wanted to sit so we began to talk. Its easy to socialmax here. You don't even understand how you made friends. You'd already have many friends if you were here. Just a simple thing you don't need to put effort in.

I’m also very easily annoyed by people. I am a member of a drug addiction support group, and those people are really starting to get on my nerves. So much so that I plan on quitting within the next month or two.
