Your teens years are imperative for human development. Teen love is a huge milestone that most people do and should achieve, preparing them for future relationships. Same thing with platonic relationships. Being able to converse in groups helps build networking and makes you not turn into a complete social retard

i remember being the only kid who wouldn’t get into a group in all periods when everyone else made groups for assignments and projects. in one, kid of the group that the teacher put me into came up to me to let me know they’re going to meet up to do the project together and i told them to just leave the poster to me, i can do that alone and they agreed. i would pull that every single time and at certain times other kids would have no choice to form a group around me since i didn’t find it necessary to participate and sometimes i’d be kinda questioned by teachers. even still i didn’t find it appropriate to participate and i didn’t care if they talked crap. i’d ignore everybody most of the time because i thought that was necessary
