You can't get Hispanics without Black's. Hispanics are partially Black.
Saudis have less than 2.5%. Yemenis have 9%. And even then it is usually from East African mixture, not bantus
They wanted slave lineage to stay black. Sure, maybe a couple generations of a white man breeding his own female slaves wouldn't change the lineage's racial profile by much since black genes are dominant but they would much prefer a black man do the breeding to ensure they stay 100% negro.
