Went to get and my checkup doctor measured my height and weight and asked me how tall did I think I was.
I responded 5’4 as I can compare myself to my mother. The doctor then asked for my dads height he then said he was 5’9 and I fucking keked on the inside.  The doctor told my father that he was around 5’6-5 and i was 5’2. I know for sure in the future leg lengthening is a MUST

Yeah I would suggest that you do that surgery to at least become 5'5. I'm 5'6 myself and it seems that women's standards for male height keep increasing exponentially. I imagine that by the year 2050, the new minimum height requirement would increase to at least 6'3".
