Woke up 10 minutes ago and I have no idea why but I am feeling like trash, like I am in a fever dream. Yesterday evening my nose got blocked for some reason, I asked my mothER for some sea salt spray and some nasal drops. I wake up today and all of my senses are jacked up. The birds singing sounds 10x louder than usual (like all sounds), black dots and stars start appearing in front of me, my legs feel unusually heavy, my head hurts and I have blurry vision. I suppose when I was sleeping the lack of oxygen caused my body to react in this weird way because honestly what is happening to me right now feels either like a fever dream or like I am a heavy drug addict. Will go back to my bed and try to sleep for at least a few more hours. Weird ass situation …
