Go hangout with them, and try complimenting his achievements, his girlfriend, his friend circle, job etc. in a curious, interested and cheerful way, the way his daddy would. I bet it would make his day.

Is it weird? Also I look pretty young for my age. Most people say I look around 24-27, which is why he probably invited me(he expected me to be younger)

Maybe, but I personally don’t care at all. Due to severe mental health problems, my entire youth has been plagued by anxiety, obsessive thoughts, worrisomeness, frustration over not being able to find a job, etc. Feel like I didn’t enjoy much of my youth.

Spending time with those way younger than me feels good as it feels like a return to childhood to enjoy a time of a carefree life devoid of worries and deep frustrations. Why the fuck do I want to get married now? To repeat the same meaningless, frustrating, unhappy life I had during my youth but several times worse??
