It's Over weird penis skin?

I know your genital area is usually darker than the rest of your body, but mine looks like it was transplanted from an old currycel
not only it's extremely dark, the colour is gray-ish/purple-ish
the texture is rough and dry, tiny veins are easily visible as if the skin was veeery thin
even when it's erect, it looks half-rotten
it seems like a circulation issue, but it has been this way since I can remember and I don't have any other blood pressure/circulation problems

in porn the difference between the skin on penis and the rest of the body is minor
they're pinkish and appear well moisturised

anyone else has ugly skin on his penis? not talking about the shape/size, just the skin
