I have been losing weight for three months, with visible change.

• Low-carbohydrate diet;
• Some physical activity;
• Intermittent fasting (skip breakfast, lunch, or dinner to boost autophagy and accelerate weight loss).

I eat no refined sugar.
 
Fruit isn't the worst thing to eat, but it's a lot of sugar. Try to eat more protein. Fruit is a dessert.

Everything enjoyable is bad for you. That's how it is. Fruit is nice though. Try carrots, they're vegetables but have a bit of sugar in so taste somewhat sweet.
 
Well you need scales first of all. 10kg is a lot of difference. With leanmaxxing experience you can judge quite well your weight with just a mirror down to a couple of kg or less.
