What's fasting (sorry kinda retarded)
16 hours without eating, only drinking water. Some people only eat one meal a day (24 hours). If you're interested search it up it's a good method of losing weight.

It hurts if you're not used to it. I recommend watching videos on fasting on YouTube and reading the comments, people wil give you an idea of what it's like to fast.
 
Intermittent fasting
Intermittent fasting is a retarded idea for retarded fat fucks. As long as you eat below your calorie limit you will lose weight. You don't even need to excercise, just find out how much weight you lose in a day and eat below that.

There's no reason to go on an 8-16 schedule. I've seen so many retards that end up gaining weight because they think if you eat within a certain time frame you'll lose weight.

Hey I know you're retarded, don't worry. Intermittent fasting worked out fine for me and I'm really skinny. I wanted to lose face fat and I did it. So many lives have been changed because of intermittent fasting. Just because you're not a disciplined person who can follow a rather strict lifestyle it doesn't mean that fasting doesn't work, it just means that you're lazy. :feelsokman:

You want to know about weight loss? First, stop eating. I just went three days without food, because I want my abs to show more. Also, jog. It's good preparation for the uprising.
 
If you discovered a method to lose weight quickly in a healthy way and keep that weight off you would become a billionaire.

My tip, for what it's worth, is avoid food with added sugar and be patient. After 6 months you should notice a difference.

It's not just down to caloric intake, your body doesn't start using fat until a few hours after you eat, so if you eat the same calories over a longer time your body won't burn as much fat. You still need to watch caloric intake though, and 8/16 is a bit too big a window IMO.
