It's hard for me too. Lack of motivation is the main thing, why torturing myself when I know that nothing will change.

I take fiber supplements and drink a shit ton of water to feel full.

I eat 1 meal a day or 2 small meals if i know ill be up for like 18 hrs. I will also do activities to focus on something other than the pain, usually exercise. By the 4th/5th day, you shouldnt feel hunger pains.

I lost 10lbs in 1 month from doing this

It's hard when you're depressed and have no motivation.

It's easy when you have motivation. Just walk a lot and eat a high protein diet. Drink lots of water and try to intermittent fast if you can.

If you can force yourself to walk for an hour per day, everything else should fall into place. It's boring af, but it burns calories and I find it makes me eat less due to the shame of being seen by other people as a lard arse, and the shame of walking being hard and exhausting makes me eat less as well.

I've been dietmaxxing and gymmaxxing for months now. What I've found is you have to cut back calories and carbs way more than you think to get the fat loss process started. Like I was eating 1500-2000 calories a day for like 2 months without any weight loss. I had to cut even more carbs out, and switch to "keto wraps" and stop putting fruit juice into my protein shakes. Then just I started losing weight again.

Just stop eating. Worked for me.

Cut sugar, most other carbs, and do IF.
