RageFuel Website barely loads on any of my devices

I’ve checked my internet speed too, anti virus, ad blocker, you name it.
What the hell is happening?
This has been going on for a few days now, it takes ~5 minutes to load one page.

That is strange. I‘m using an IPad and movies and it loads up fine but lately, the website only works for me via WiFi but not mobile data.
