Inceldom just means you are too ugly to actually attract a woman, it has nothing to do with a state of mind. Only idiots will deny the mathematical reality that some men will never experience genuine physical affection, because their appearance is too repulsive and no amount of confidence or personality can ever compensate. Physical attraction is the basis for ALL copulation in the animal kingdom, and for humans it's even more exacerbated because of our incredible intelligence.
There would be no problem if society would just admit that it's a real thing and not just spout platitudes that suggest that 100% of your failures are your own fault. An exceptionally ugly man is just expected to somehow compensate for his ugly appearance by being a provider or being exciting, and win out over the better looking men, which is just pure nonsense.
