I agree entirely. This line of thinking is very much in the same line as my male separatist thread. We could use the commues as a stepping stone for brocels before actually immigrating out to the colony.

to restore those villages might be too costly.we need to have an idea of how the commune is to be laid out and the cost of it before thinking of buying anything.villages are pretty cheap in italy and france so yeah it's not hard to get one.problem is renovating that shit.and even if you renovate it,will it suit the needs of the community?

Base amount is 50k€ for a small house in a rather good condition. No huge work to do, just removing wallpapers and paint the walls in white or beige. I systematically eliminate houses in poor to ruined condition (costs too much to renovate, or too much time if you know how to do it).
For the roads, it's either the town (for the streets), either the state (if a big road crosses the city). Electricity is done by the national company ; water by the town. Those villages are old so there are already a lot of infrastructure in place since a long time (roads, bridges, water network, electrical grid, internet access, and so on).
Building a whole village from nothing would cost much more money and be much more complicated to do.
There are villages in Italy too, but as you said, you always have to verify to be sure there is no problem. The amount of money needed requires to be watchful.
Most of those villages are abandonned for remote location (few to no services here). Most of them are abandonned when there's no school ; but we just don't need a school, at all, and if there are still a few couples in the village, becoming the mayors and closing the school will made them flee away.
Employment is another problem as the remote location made it difficult to find a job for non-NEETs. Would be a problem if you don't create your own company ; however, taking the city hall will allow the incel mayor to hire us as a municipal team.
Each village must be closely studied by someone from the country, collecting photos, prices, data, etc. Also, the village would require the lowest young population possible. Coordination will also be required between incels in order to make the actual normie mayor ejected and take the place quickly. Which means this will have to stay secret and coordinated once the place is chosen. It can be anywhere in Europe if you're European, as it's very easy to install in another country with borders oppened (so, Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Austria). I do not include UK due to the current Brexit changes, which make it much more difficult to install there now.
I'll visit some of those villages around here in the weeks to come, and see what we've got.
if we remove physical work,the actual price for the materials of a house(wooden houses) are pretty cheap(seen amazing aestehtically pleasing a frames for 15k.yeah yeah they might not be the best but they are kino aesthetics.).I know nothing about construction so i can't say much.But,to me it seems that it should be easy for anyone to move in to our commune as long as they worked for a year or two and saved up money.Most incels take copes very seriously,but most copes can easily be shared(books,movies,gaming pcs,any piece of technology,expensive headphones,tvs),so as long as everyone shares,there shouldn't be much worries when it comes to copes and their consumption.
watched a vid once of an italian who bought a village,and he said he just "took" the water/electricty from the village just next to them),and honestly most of us aren't going to be able to live offgrind( i have literally had to shit in a bucket because my toilet didn't work but a fucking outhouse is a million times fucking worse then that).I don't know if renewable energies are as good as they seem(remember reading that they actually pollute the soil amongst other things) so we ought to be careful around them.
france is a bit scary(at this point europe has hit a point of no return so it doesn't matter.) but we will live out of society and whatever crazy laws are up in the cities of france will barely affect us.Plenty of french people speak english and we will barely interact with society so even learning basic french won't be necessary(it should be recommended though.).
i think the biggest problem for the incel commune is getting the money to build it to begin with(i mean a lot of us here are living pay check to pay check),and how we will sustain the community(money doesn't grow on trees).
It will be pretty amazing if we can build it though.a community that will look upon one another,a library that none of us could ever imagine having,peace and quiet,maybe we could even soundproof walls for those who want to study music and whatnot.
