I am Brazilian and in my experience i would say Brazilians (men and women) really find light eyes beatiful and atractive in the partner.

Blond women some men prefer but most prefere brunette women or brown skinned women (mixed race) if light eyed... better.

Women don't care about the man being blonde or brunette... be tall and handome is what matter and being all that and being light eyed is a big advandage.

Remember that Brazil has millions of germans, east europeans and northern italians descendants in center and south Brazil where being blond and light eyes are not even rare.
