Their acceptance of gays/trannys is actually only partial.

They won't, for example, support gays who want men-only gay clubs which exclude faghags. Nor will they support gays who support conservative/Republican agendas like Milo Yiannopoulos.

They also don't like MtFs going into their washrooms, and try to exclude them from women-only spaces.

Their support for gays is primarily for lesbians, and their support for trannys is primarily for FtMs who can sneak into male spaces.

They don't care that some FtMs rape heterosexual women (this basically happens in Boys Don't Cry) since they want to promote lesbianism.
