I'm talking from a historical and anthropological point of long term view of sexual competition for access to mates. That's how sexually dimorphic traits like jaws and brow ridges develop over time. I'm talking on the scale of tens of thousands of years.

Compare baboons with gibbons and you'll find that gibbons barely have any sexual dimorphism because they don't engage in physical competition over mate access. Indians and East Asians were like gibbons which doomed them from developing sexual attractiveness.
