My feeling is this guys one was not staged.. but he also didn't show however many rejections there were so it gives a false impression.

Most of the girls first said no to giving their number to some freak they don't know. But when they found him to be personable, they were ok with giving him their phone number. Of course giving their phone number is a lot different than dating and having sex with him.

Also there is the pity aspect, here is a dwarf they feel sorry for who is trying and NT/likeable. There is also the social aspect. They can see this guy is very outgoing/confident. Imagine he will be invited to parties, and then invite them. Many of us including me underestimate how big being NT is. Imagine if this guy was some mumbling anxiety ridden, mental health case like us.

Another salesman technique he used is assuming the sale. He asked for her phone number.. she said no. He still took his phone out to enter her number in. And asks them again. That makes it harder to say no, when the poor guy is standing there with his phone out ready to type in her number.
