its a scary ass thought, but im afraid its true. it gets crazier and more revolting the more you think about the repercussions of this simple truth, be it in culture, art entertainment, media or social relations.

life is a stage. the closer we are at representing the script that was given to us, the closer to our form of personal happiness we are. if you can call it that.

resignating against the natural role that was given to you is not only ridiculous and a form of despair, its also a sign of madness and unfitness to the enviroment you are in.

now, im not saying to jestermaxx and become whatever is put before you as a given, just dont try to be what you werent tailored by nature to be.

maybe, just maybe, it is what it is. you either lash out against it (and perish one way or another) or try to fit in with the current narrative.

you can still circuvent it and question soyciety. what you CANT do is put your head against the sand, thinking there is a solution, a quick fix, a ''secret dialogue'' or behaviour that will make you as socially likeable as a chad.

the biggest social currency of our times is, unfortunately for us, aesthetics. if you cant be or produce anything that catches the collective eye, you might as well be dead.

man is becoming a foremost artist, in every sense of the word. his biggest invention, at the moment, is himself. who knows, in the future he might create something so much more exquisite and interesting than himself, it might become his new deity.

as far as things go, narcisism and self agrandizing is the new religion of the epoque. ''become your own god'', is what lurks under every normiespeak and behaviour.

most people on this site still follow this religion, either knowingly or unknowingly, which is completely pathetic and dysfunctional, especially in our specific, precarious and adamantly dislocated ways of interaction with a world that hates our guts bcs we dont look like alain delon or sum shit.

to finish it off, we are not blackpilled enough. we need to shed any trace of normiedom in our minds, without losing the shell of it (after all, we still need to function in society).

brutal no reply even when pinned pill

This is retarded, we have free will but oh well. Starting to think deterrminists are just projecting, "I can't choose so no one can!"

You can choose but u cant choose what you are effected with. And since you cant choose things you are effected by, thoughts cant be choosen aswell

Determinism is real but regardless of whether it is or not, I'm gonna do whatever I want

You can always choose not to be fazed, and monks prove that.

Ironically you can't choose what you want, that is the only avenue determinism can be argued from, but I obviously disagree because then you argue you can or should do things you don't want to do.

Post in thread 'Why do a lot of Incels not believe in determinism? Take the sapolskypill' https://incels.is/threads/why-do-a-...sm-take-the-sapolskypill.702716/post-16624654

You don't get to decide whether you are gonna even try to be unfazed or not though. It isn't that somehow your brain doesn't control your body, it's that you aren't the one controlling your brain.

Everything you think and feel is based off three things
1. External stimulus like experiences. Different life experiences will cause you to think very different things
2. How humans are biologically wired already, which is why all women are whores and can't just "choose" not to be.
3. Genetics

Sure, but I still want to do what I want to do and I am going to do it, which is regardless of determinism or not.
Everything has a cause. When you apply it long enough you are suddently at the Big Bang.

True, I have never heard a good argument against determinism

I’m sitting at my desk during afternoon office hours; two students from my class are asking questions about topics from lectures; we wander into biological determinism, free will, the whole shebang, which is what the course is ultimately about. One of the students is dubious about the extent to which we lack free will: “Sure, if there’s major damage to this part of the brain, if you have a mutation in this or that gene, free will is diminished, but it just seems so hard to accept that it applies to everyday, normal behavior.” I’ve been at this juncture in this discussion many times, and I’ve come to recognize that there is a significant likelihood that this student will now carry out a particular behavior—they will lean forward, pick up a pen on my desk, hold it up in the air and say to me, with great emphasis, “There, I just decided to pick up this pen—are you telling me that was completely out of my control?”

I don’t have the data to prove it, but I think I can predict above the chance level which of any given pair of students will be the one who picks up the pen. It’s more likely to be the student who skipped lunch and is hungry. It’s more likely to be the male, if it is a mixed-sex pair. It is especially more likely if it is a heterosexual male and the female is someone he wants to impress. It’s more likely to be the extrovert. It’s more likely to be the student who got way too little sleep last night and it’s now late afternoon. Or whose circulating androgen levels are higher than typical for them (independent of their sex). It’s more likely to be the student who, over the months of the class, has decided that I’m an irritating blowhard, just like their father.

Marching further back, it’s more likely to be the one of the pair who is from a wealthy family, rather than on a full scholarship, who is the umpteenth generation of their family to attend a prestigious university, rather than the first member of their immigrant family to finish high school. It’s more likely if they’re not a firstborn son. It’s more likely if their immigrant parents chose to come to the U.S. for economic gain as opposed to having fled their native land as refugees from persecution, more likely if their ancestry is from an individualist culture rather than a collectivist one.

It’s the first half of this book, providing an answer to their question, “There, I just decided to pick up this pen—are you telling me that was completely out of my control?” Yes, I am.

By now, easy. But I’m really cornered if instead, the student asks something different: “What if everyone started believing that there is no free will? How are we supposed to function? Why would we bother getting up in the morning if we’re just machines?” Hey, don’t ask me that; that’s too difficult to answer. The second half of this book is an attempt to provide some answers.

Free will to chad, hard determinism to truecel
