Find other incels in your city. Meet up with them. Find a reasonably secluded walkway but one that still gets a fair bit of traffic. Wait for lone women to walk by, and as they do catcall the shit out of them. Whistle, say lewd things, etc.
The reason I reccomend doing this in a group is because women are intimidated by groups of men. If you catcall her by yourself, she might get angry and take a picture of you and tweet it out and such. It's riskier. The "strength in numbers" concept really applies here.
IDEA 2: Incel Insult Barrage
Make a Tinder profile using hot, male model, pics. Let a woman message you, and casually dismiss her. Make it look as real possible so she doesn't pick up on the fact you're a troll. It'll ruin her self-esteem and fucking destroy her. "Lol sorry...I think I might have swiped right on you by accident. You're way too ugly for me. Good luck though!"

Use your smartphone and stealthily take pictures of girls in crop tops, short shorts, cleavage, etc.
Then post it all over the internet for candid-perverts to fap to.
