LSD and weed are great. It has helped me LDAR a shit ton. They are a lot of fun and they make you feel OK with how fucked everything is. Its a great way to escape reality.

Try exploring music or work on building up a digital music collection. It's my biggest cope at the moment. Seriously look around on Discogs or RateYourMusic, narrow down your searches using tags and categories and discover something you might love that you never knew existed. It's happened to me countless times and it does make life a bit less depressing knowing there could be some amazing music out there for you if you go out of your way to go find it.

I usually enjoy much more obscure music, none of the normie celebrity bullshit you hear on the radio. What genres are you in to, maybe I could suggest some stuff to listen to?

For me it's a dog, vidya, cooking good foods, and drinking. I would suggest joining a Meetup or club activity if you're not high inhib. Wanted to join a dance group since you generally partner with a female there, but then again way too flop-sweaty inhib for that shit.

Prozac. Energizing as fuck and helped me tremendously with my depression. Almost all my social anxiety is gone and i got a surge of confidence. Often is said to make one feel worse in the beginning but it took me 5 days to start feeling manic and energized, not so manic anymore but calm and more happy.
