Tbh i mainly eat honey Cheerios for breakfast if my mums bitching at me to eat, and if I don’t have breakfast ill have a cheese oatcake (sometimes I eat nothing all day) and I have whatever my mum makes me for tea, normally noodles or a chicken sandwhich, I can make myself noodles though so I make them. So thats like 1000-1500 calories so some cookies, chocolate and milk will only add another 500. So ill still lose weight if I just walk a tiny bit and I normally walk on week days anywayYeah fuck it honestly eat whatever you wanna eat
