It's an Estonian movie called Klass/Class from 2007.

Basically incel gets bullied, boys throw him into girls' bathroom and girls are like ew.. the 'bully' who was actually good joined him and he was getting bullied too when defending his new friend. Bullies made them meet up and ex bully was force yo succ victim's dick. Then they shot up the school

Hopefully there are English subs. If you are a ruskyicel then you are lucky that you can find the translated version.
