I just watched this movie about a Iranian serial killer who killed a dozen of whores in the year 2000 for religious reasons, and it got me thinking if it was based or not, on one hand it's based because he was reducing degeneracy on the other hand it's not based because whores are one of the few sexual outlets for ugly subhumans
