The motivation of the villain changes every second, there are some logical mistakes in it (like in the poisoning scene), sometimes the actions of characters are unexplainable (like the racism moment of one character which leads to his death).
And the voice of the villain was quite shitty at least in the dub of my country, it was far too monotonous/unbearable.
But for purely aesthetics/effects the movie is worth watching, but tune your brain off whenever it comes to character consistency/motivation.

It was shit, pretty much wasn't a Bond film at all just a generic action film.
