Paddock got divorced twice and never seems to have had much success with women. His
first wifewas moderately attractive for an Asian woman but she was definitely below his looksmatch. I haven't been able to find any pictures of his second wife.
I think it's plausible that Stephen Paddock was incel from 1990 until 2015 or 2016 when he began to date divorced sexagenerian Marilou Danley. That's 25 years of alienation and loneliness. There is no indication that he was romantically involved with any women since his last wife divorced him in 1990 until he met Danley. By comparison, George Sodini was incel for 20 years before he went berserk. Why would a wealthy and successful man like Paddock settle for a post-menopausal Asian woman? If he was at least neurotypical, he could easily have gotten a young and attractive Asian gold-digger. Maybe he finally realized that young women didn't like him and tried to cope by dating a woman who he knew for sure didn't have any better options.
Someone on Youtube argued that Paddock's attack was motivated by bitterness and resentment toward young, sexually active people.
