I don't think he possessed the mental capacity to hate Christ. I believe he was Schizophrenic so he appears as highly intelligent to follow Schizophrenics, but in reality his works amount to the ramblings of a mad man.
He actually admired the biblical figure of Christ. What he despised was Christianity.

He respected Jesus as a man but wanted Europe to move on from Christianity and it's moral framework.
Yes, he didn't like the idea of being helpless when people hit you or that type of morality "Dont fight back for God's sake" and stuff like that which was prevalent in Christiniaty especially at that time he believed it was a feminine religion for that he had favorable views on other religions like Islam because he believed it was a masculine religion which enforces hierarchy although some beliefs are still held like the ones he disagrees with in Islam people think he just said that he disliked christianity and respected muslims because he despised christianity so much
