Mabye, I can see his point. He didn't need to lock her in the cellar though just control what she wears and make sure you know what she's up to. Don't lock them in a basement for 24 years.

But how can you be sure of that? She could easily lie and stash slutty clothes somewhere to change into when daddy's not watching.
