Same, I wake up one of more times every time, and often times can't fall back asleep. It makes things way worse than they otherwise are

We’re both non NT so that definitely has something to do with it without a doubt, I tried everything you could think of to fix it and nothing worked. With age I noticed the sleep is getting more worse.

Same, I tried every possible thing. It's brutal trying so hard to get such poor results meanwhile someone who doesn't even try has shit work out.

And yeah being nonNT definitely worsens sleep

Barely can cope when it makes work brutal and it also ruins so many days off. Sometimes it really makes you wanna quit life
 
i have been struggling with this over 3 year's sometimes i sleep 10 hours sometimes 3 and this shit is funny because you are tired and you want to sleep but you simply can't

Lately I just sleep at odd times. I'll go to bed at 8:00pm and wake up a few hours later at 12.

I just woke up lol
 
i've been dealing with severe insomnia for almost two years now. it's torture. i wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

Beyond brutal man. Sleep is by far one of my favorite copes. It helps me forget about reality for a bit and I simply cant imagine how horrible life would be if I cant even relax through my long sleeping sessions. I dont really know what to say man. Im assumimg you tried every conventional method to improve your sleep. Beyond brutal dude. Hopefully you can find a way to rest somehow.

I used to sleep at 4-6am and wake up at 4pm. I kinda fixed my schedule for now as i sleep at 12-1am and wake up at 9-10 depending on when i sleep.
 
I wake up after 3-4 hours, sometimes I sleep for another few hours and sometimes I don't sleep at all after that

Yep, tried absolutely everything. It's so over and ruins my life a lot more than it otherwise would be
