Chads end up having better personalities by the time they're older from decades of well adjusted and easy to find social interaction. Just look at Chris Pratt. When everyone treats you well by default just for being hot, the most important facets of social interaction (positivity and confidence) come naturally, and even when your looks fade (which doesn't even happen but until most Chad's are in their 50s, even then old chads you're still mog the hell out of old incels) you're years ahead of incels.
