Would you have wanted to have sex ? No , You wouldn't.

We have been brainwashed to want to have sex. And feel bad if we don't.

Adding to it -
Another example - You would not want to have sex/lose virginity with your cousin/ second cousin. Why ? Because you have been brainwashed to believe that it is wrong and feel bad for having it.
But if you were born is some culture where for example cousin marriage is allowed. You would not feel bad about it.

Wanting sex = Social Conditioning / Brainwashing.

Eh, I disagree. People desire sex because it is tied to reproduction, to hormones, and to basic drives that exist long before culture gets involved.

You can argue that certain taboos, like incest, are shaped by culture, but even there biology plays a role. Inbreeding has genetic risks, so disgust toward close relatives is not just "brainwashing," it is a protective instinct.

What culture does is frame and exaggerate those drives. It tells you when, with whom, and under what conditions sex is acceptable. It can make virginity a stigma or a virtue depending on the society. But the underlying desire itself is not planted in us by brainwashing.
