Turns out Amazon is now giving irl achievements to wagies in order to motivate them lmao. What the fuck is this reality that we live in mang. I want to go back 100,000 years ago and hunt mammoths with my neanderthal bros, this era is some gay fucking shit :society::society::society:

When you get to 120,000 XP you can get an Amazon keychain and special lootbox that has a 0.0001% chance of giving you a raise, bro! :soy:

Why is it always Amazon that comes up with the meme/ridiculous ideas? You don't see other businesses doing this shit. Crying/meditating cubicles, cages for employees, achievements, etc.

You don't see other businesses doing this

Oh I've seen it plenty, man-- worked at a place where you get a "star" on your record for being on time or working safely, etc.

And after you get a certain number of stars, they attach a decoration to your name tag, or give you a t-shirt, etc.

same thing as incel.is giving you a new name colour

of course, they don't give you any more fuckin money. lol

It dosn't sound half bad, if it was implemented correctly and did not make you a slave

Perfect way to keep their employees in check and easier way to spot the "unproductive" ones.

Is there even monetary gain for the employee for these achievements?

The worker who posted it said that they give away t-shirts at certain levels...- but not money, no

They are innovative and based. Unlike other cuck businesses, they truly experiment and see what works

The key is to completely stop giving a fuck about workplace achievements that don’t come with a pay raise.

>Congrats on employee of the month
Don’t care.
>Your section won a pizza party
Don’t care.
>Your underperforming compared to your peers this month.
Don’t care.

Don’t let it take any space in your brain.

this is the grown up version of lighting mcqueen stickers I got for doing well on my exercises in 1st grade
