I saw a gl guy apply 2 weeks after me, I'm convinced it must have just been good timing on my part.

The worst part is if you fuck up at any part of the multi-stage interviews, like if you're on the last interview and you give the interviewer a look he doesn't like he throws your application in the dumpster and pulls one of the other 5000 candidates to interview instead. How the hell are you supposed to land a job with those odds? If I go ER for any reason it'll be over this shit.
