Incel suffering from weed withdrawal here.
Lmao didn't mean to post this, any tips?

Dont START and you never have to QUIT!!

1.Sweat: go running or similar sports, have saunas if you have any available.
2.Sleep a lot, that should come natural.
3.Wait one week or two, that stuff stays in your system for a while.
4.B L O A T

Smoke weed.

you'll thank me later, when your bloatedness will earn you the respect of men and the affection of women

Literally this, as cliché as it may sound. I quit habitually almost 2 years ago. I occupied my time with work and reading. I didn't even try to stop once I started doing things.

I don't care about anyone says, smoking weed is addictive. Since I started smoking weed I have yet to quit. I started at 18, I'm in mid 20s now. I have taken yr breaks but some way or another I start again. Sometimes it is once a month, sometimes it is multiple times a week but I always start smoking again lol.

I have been weed free 4 years on the 9th September and I have never seen anyone abuse this drug as much me, I wouldn´t eat at all only one piece of bread with salami every 3 days and then I would just survive on cola and water, I have a eating problem so eating takes 3-4 times longer than anyone else so I didn´t want to waste my time eating, also eating food would take away my high. Needless to say I was skinny as fuck I even have pictures of my body at 17yo where you can see all of my bones I can PM if anyone is interested.

For your question OP, what helped for me was my passion for bodybuilding because you can´t inhale smoke in your lungs if you want to become a serious bodybuilder at least that was my mindset. I also relapsed MANY times, I usually smoked for 3-6 months straight and stopped and started training for 3-8 months and would relapse again and the cycle would continue this way. When I say 3-8 months it is because a couple of times I sticked to my training for 6-8 months before relapsing but almost every time it would be 3 months.

The good thing about the passion for bodybuilding is that smoking goes against the lifestyle and if I would even smoke cigarettes I wouldn´t perform as good because of less oxygen in the lungs or something like that. But I guess any other hobby could be a way out I just think bodybuilding is the perfect escape from drug addiction.

Being told everywhere that weed isn´t addictive and you can smoke it every day screwed me over tbh. I used to listen to Ice Cube and Snoop Dogg with their "smoke weed everyday" and I was sure I couldn´t get addicted so stuff like that is very misleading. Although I had fun times the first year of smoking (before I knew I was addicted) you know the golden time, the glory days when weed was just exciting, new and kinda cool because it was also illegal.

I started smoking at 16 and finally quit at 20 and now I am 24 and soon 4 years weed free. Btw just because I don´t smoke it anymore doesn´t mean I am anti cannabis or anti drugs you know like must former drug addicts who swear that drugs are the devil because they couldn´t handle the discipline of not abusing the drug. All drugs can be used responsible and cannabis is the most beneficial plant in the world it is both an amazing recreational drug (that has never killed anyone), it´s a great medicine and can be used for ropes, houses, bio fuel etc.
